Nada más arrancar, aparece (en inglés): "El sistema ha encontrado cambios no autorizados en el firmware, sistema operativo o drivers UEFI".
Y no existe modo de continuar mientras Arranque seguro esté activado. Cuestión que no me había pasado nunca.
