Me podéis decir si estos pasos que he leído en algún foro (lo mismo ha sido en este) son los correctos pata tratar de solucionar el problema:

Paso 1. Ejecutar el solucionador de problemas de Windows Update

Describe el problema de actualización y sigue las soluciones de problemas.

1. Selecciona Inicio > Configuración > Sistema.
2. Selecciona Solucionar problemas y elige Otros solucionadores de problemas.
3. Busque Windows Update y seleccione Ejecutar.
4. Sigue las instrucciones en pantalla para completar el proceso.

Paso 2. Borrar la caché de Windows Update


Los archivos de actualización dañados en la memoria caché pueden causar errores. Para borrar la memoria caché, siga estos pasos:

1. Presiona Win + R, escribe services.msc y presiona Entrar.
2. Busca el servicio de Windows Update, haz clic con el botón derecho en él y selecciona Detener.
3. Ve a C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.
4. Elimine todos los archivos y carpetas dentro de este directorio.
5. Volver a la ventana Servicios, haz clic con el botón derecho en Windows Update y selecciona Inicio.

Paso 3. Ejecute de nuevo Windows Update


Incluso si ha descargado algunas actualizaciones, puede que haya más disponibles. Después de probar los pasos anteriores, vuelve a ejecutar Windows Update seleccionando Inicio > Configuración > Windows Update > Buscar actualizaciones. Descargue e instale todas las nuevas actualizaciones.

Paso 4. Reiniciar para aplicar actualizaciones instaladas

Muchas actualizaciones requieren reiniciar el dispositivo. Guarde su trabajo y cierre todas las aplicaciones abiertas. A continuación, selecciona Inicio > Inicio/Apagado y selecciona Actualizar y reiniciar o Actualizar y apagar.

Paso 5. Si lo anterior no funciona, ejecutar estos comandos:

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

Esta actualización corrige una vulnerabilidad de seguridad (CVE-2026-25172, CVE-2026-25173 y CVE-2026-26111) en la herramienta de administración de servicios de enrutamiento y acceso remoto (RRAS) de Windows.

Anoche se lanzó una segunda actualización. KB5084897 – Corrección de Bluetooth: Esta actualización soluciona un problema por el cual los dispositivos Bluetooth podrían no aparecer en la página "Bluetooth y dispositivos" de la Configuración de Windows o en la Configuración rápida, aunque estuvieran conectados y funcionando correctamente.
Este problema también podría impedir que los usuarios agregaran nuevos dispositivos, ya que los dispositivos disponibles no se mostraban en la lista de conexiones.

Hasta ahora, Microsoft usaba los mismos nombres de versiones para soportar las arquitecturas x86 (procesadores Intel y AMD) y ARM (básicamente los chipsets de Qualcomm). De ahí que para esta versión, limitada a unos chips específicos, quizá hubiera sido mejor un nombre específico y distinto para esta versión, que no deja de ser absolutamente minoritaria en el ecosistema de Windows porque los equipos con ARM nunca han alcanzado cifras de ventas relevantes.


¿Para quién es el lanzamiento de Windows 11 26H1?
Consciente de que la versión puede confundir a los usuarios, Microsoft ha publicado esta semana dos artículos para aclarar la situación y despejar dudas.

En el primero deja claro a quien se dirige esta versión: «No está diseñado para ofrecerse ni instalarse en dispositivos existentes. En su lugar, Windows 11, versión 26H1, estará disponible en algunos dispositivos nuevos que saldrán al mercado en el primer trimestre de 2026. No se ofrecerá como una actualización local de Windows 11, versiones 24H2 o 25H2, en los dispositivos existentes».

La compañía proporciona más detalles del lanzamiento de Windows 11 26H1 y su alcance, que podemos resumir en:

• Windows 11, versión 26H1 solo estará disponible en dispositivos nuevos con chips seleccionados que saldrán al mercado en este trimestre.
• Windows 11, versión 26H1, no se ofrecerá como una actualización local desde Windows 11, versiones 24H2 o 25H2 en dispositivos existentes.
• Windows 11 26H1 no tendrá ningún impacto en los dispositivos que ya están en el mercado.
• Los dispositivos que ejecutan Windows 11, versión 26H1 continuarán recibiendo actualizaciones mensuales de seguridad, calidad y nuevas funciones, al igual que los dispositivos que ejecutan Windows 11, versiones 24H2 y 25H2.
• Los dispositivos con Windows 11, versión 26H1, no podrán actualizarse a la próxima actualización anual de funciones en el segundo semestre de 2026. Esto se debe a que Windows 11, versión 26H1, se basa en un núcleo de Windows diferente al de Windows 11, versiones 24H2 y 25H2, y a la próxima actualización de funciones. Estos dispositivos tendrán una ruta de actualización en una futura versión de Windows.
• Windows 11, versión 26H1, no admitirá actualizaciones de parches.

Las actualizaciones de seguridad de Windows 11, versión 26H1 se podrán gestionar a través de herramientas típicas:
Windows Autopatch, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, etc.

Una publicación menciona una caída de la velocidad de fotogramas de 15 a 20 FPS. Algunos usuarios informan que restaurar el sistema a un estado anterior a la actualización restableció el rendimiento original.
