Today, Microsoft released Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18980 to the Fast ring, and as always, there's a long list of fixes, improvements, and known issues included to be aware of.

Microsoft has released the latest build of Windows 10 to Insiders in the Fast ring, which is build 18980.1. It includes WSL support for ARM devices and wider availability for the new Cortana app.
